1Ordering & Payment
- ✓Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM for same-day lunch delivery.
- ✓Payment is due at the time of delivery or pickup unless you have a subscription.
- ✓Subscription payments are collected weekly or monthly as per your plan.
- ✓We accept cash, bank transfer, and selected mobile payment methods.
2Delivery
- ✓Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or high demand.
- ✓Delivery is available within our listed zones. Zones and fees are shown on our website.
- ✓Free pickup is available daily at Sodnac, Quatre Bornes from 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
- ✓We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
3Subscriptions
- ✓Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- ✓You may pause your subscription for up to 2 weeks per month by messaging us via WhatsApp before 9:00 AM.
- ✓Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
- ✓No refunds are issued for partially used weeks unless we are at fault.
4Food & Allergens
- ✓All meals are prepared in a vegetarian kitchen. There is no non-vegetarian food.
- ✓Our kitchen handles dairy, gluten, and nuts. We cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.
- ✓Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies when ordering.
- ✓Jain and low-carb options are available on request.
5Cancellations & Refunds
- ✓Orders cancelled before 10:00 AM on the day of delivery will receive a full credit.
- ✓Late cancellations (after 10:00 AM) are non-refundable as food preparation has begun.
- ✓If we are unable to deliver due to our error, you will receive a full refund or replacement.
- ✓Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the meal being delivered.
6Conduct & Use
- ✓You agree not to misuse our website or WhatsApp ordering service.
- ✓Abusive or threatening behaviour toward our staff will result in account termination.
- ✓We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
- ✓These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius.
